Noble's wines are produced from a single vineyard, Fiddler's Ridge, located in Georgia's first and only AVA.

While growing grapes can be challenging on the East Coast, proper site selection, training methods and crop management have meant that Noble Wine Cellar continues to produce high quality fruit each year.

We are pleased to have ten acres of four varieties: Traminette, Petit Manseng, Chambourcin, and Merlot.

Currently available in our tasting room, and in select dining establishments throughout the Southeast, are our Traminette, Petit Manseng, and Chambourcin.

Gewurztraminer Hybrid from Indiana
Aromatic white with a fruit forward entry and bright, crisp finish.
Pairs well with Asian and spicy foods.

Petit Manseng

A white varietal from the Juracon region of France.
Oak driven aromas and structure, but an emphasis on enhancing the fruit character.
Full bodied with a strong backbone of acidity. Flavors of baked apple, pear, and dried apricot.

A hybrid developed in the Loire Valley of France and released to the public in the 1960's.

Offers intense color and soft tannins. Matured in American oak barrels to highlight the cherry and                tart red fruit, this ready to drink red wine is an easy pairing for most any meal . Medium body and                spiciness make it food friendly for fish, chicken or even lamb.
